Our approach involved a detailed analysis of the existing utility infrastructure and potential routes for the new water line extension. By leveraging our experience in utility design, we identified an alternative route that minimized disruption to existing services and utilized available resources more effectively. This alternative route not only met the legal and technical requirements set forth by the utility company but also offered substantial cost savings to our client. The proposed route eliminated the need for a pump to boost pressure in the buildings sprinkler system resulting in significant financial benefits.This collaborative effort highlighted our capability to navigate regulatory landscapes effectively and deliver outstanding results.

Eagle Rock Fire Department: Challenging Site Development Solutions

Faced with the challenge of constructing a new building on a site with the existing facility and requiring continuous operation of critical water and septic systems, we conducted a thorough site analysis. We rerouted the utilities, and positioned the new building to maintain the functionality of the old one throughout the construction.
